At SmartLink, we recognize that each installation is unique. We do not offer cookie cutter solutions.

To offer you the best solution for your needs, we start off with understanding what your needs are. Sometimes that means doing a site visit to see what the work area is like. Sometimes that means working off of a scaled floor plan of a new build. But it always means talking to you about what your needs are.

Sometimes the smallest things have the biggest impact. With years of experience in the field, we can offer options that may work better for you, confirm that you have not missed anything or just even look better after installed.

Once we have the necessary information, we put together a customized estimate for the scope of work. After the estimate has been approved, we work out a timeline that works for you. We recognize that installations can mean working around other trades and their timelines as well as the specific requirements of the building’s Property Management. SmartLink Networks does work on evenings and weekends to help you meet your timelines.

All our cable installations are tested to ensure that they pass to industry specifications and labelled according to how you want. We use a Fluke tester to help ensure that your network will function properly. If you need, we can even provide you with a printed test result for a specific cable run (this applies to cable runs for data and not for telephony).

This also allows us to offer a Hubbell Mission Critical 25 year warranty on qualified installations.
